Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast
All the kindergarten students got together today to have our Thanksgiving Feast! We made Turkey cookies and ate popcorn, goldfish crackers, pretzels and marshmallows as part of our feast. Check out your child's folder for more information on why we chose those items to feast on!
Don't Eat Pete!
We have been playing a game in here called Don't Eat Pete! It's really just a fun little game with no real educational value but it teaches us to follow directions, pay attention and to have patience! Here is how we play. We put M&M's on the game board. One person goes in the hallway while another person picks which monster is going to be Pete. The person in the hallway comes in and starts eating the candy off of the monsters, one candy at a time. When s/he picks up the candy on Pete, we yell "Don't eat Pete!". The kids get hysterical about it!
