Math Games!

Today we had both kindergarten classrooms together so that students could be tested one-on-one with the other kindergarten teacher. During our time together, the students got to play the math game One More! They rolled a dice and covered up the spot on the game board that showed one more. It was loud and fun!!

Roller Skating!

It's started...roller skating! This week, we had our first taste of skating in the gym! The students learned how to put on skates, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards and learned how to fall safely and also learned how to skate! Everyone has been having a BLAST! Check out the photos below!

Welcome to 2018!

We made it through the first 4 days of school in this brand new year! With conferences and report cards coming up, we jumped right in with assessing the students. While a lot of it is done one-on-one, we also try to do some whole group. On Thursday, we took a practice test for writing our letters and took the official test today. Both kindergarten classes do this together in the gym. Next  Thursday and Friday we'll be writing our numbers for testing! Fun times😄
