Holidays Around the World - St. Nicholas Day!

On Monday, we grabbed our suitcases and passports, hopped on our plane and traveled to The Netherlands to learn about St. Nicholas Day! We put our shoes out by the door with hay and carrots in them (for St. Nicholas's horse) and left them there in hopes that St. Nicholas would come! When we checked our shoes later, they were filled with candy! No potatoes, coal and onions for us (what we would get if we were naughty)! It was a fun day! 

Our next trip...to Israel for Hanukkah on Friday.

Fun Run!

Today was our fundraiser Fun Run in our brand new gym! It was a super fun time and we have some super tired kids! Thank you to everyone who supported this fundraiser for our school!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today was our Thanksgiving Feast in Kindergarten - complete with cute little turkeys and an interesting feast (had to do with the story of the pilgrims coming to America). We also got to spend time learning how to use our Chrome Books today and got to play with playdough! 

A lot to be thankful for! 🙂
