Leprechaun Visit!

Today the leprechaun came to the kindergarten classrooms and made a mess...a HUGE mess! But, he also left us treats - cookies for snack, candy, a new sketchbook, new markers and new crayons. So, he was kind of naughty but also very nice! We are on the lookout for him as we really want to catch him! Wish us luck:)

1st and 2nd Grade Program

On Thursday, we got to ride the bus to the high school to watch the 1st and 2nd grade program! It was about farm animals! It was fun to watch!

Dental Health!

Mrs. Iverson, a former parent of kindergarten students, came to talk to our students about dental health! She is a dental hygienist in Waconia. She read us a story about keeping our teeth clean, learned about plaque, the need to brush and floss our teeth, she also gave us bags of goodies to help us with our dental health! Thanks, Mrs. Iverson!!

Q and U Wedding!

This week we celebrated the wedding of Q and U! Wherever Q goes, U always follows - though U can often be in words alone.

After the ceremony, we had a cookie and punch reception, did some dancing and then sent the happy couple off to their honeymoon to Quebec while blowing bubbles! It was quite lovely!
