Holidays Around the World - Stop #2...Mexico!

We flew to Mexico today to celebrate Las Posadas. After our flight, we read the story The Legend of the Poinsettia by Tomie dePaola, made a paper poinsettia, discussed the traditions that go with Las Posadas and then ate chips and salsa for snack! Another fun and exciting trip!
