Letters!

We are starting the school year with a new reading curriculum developed by a teacher named Tara West. For the beginning, we start with going through 1 letter a day. We are currently on Pp as of today. For each letter, we go through the alphabet, talk about the letter sound the letter we are studying makes and then the students make suggestions of words that their teachers can draw on the letter of the day paper. We must confess, Mrs. Stifter and Mrs. Heuer are not the best drawers...but we try!
