On Tuesday, we flew on our airplane, with our passports, maps and suitcases to The Netherlands to learn about St. Nicholas Day. We put our shoes by the door with hay and carrots in them in hopes that St. Nicholas would come....and he did! His horse ate the hay and carrots and he left us candy! This means everyone was good as if we were naughty, he would have left us coal, onions and potatoes in our shoes!
