We also flew to Sweden to learn about St. Lucia Day - the festival of lights! We made Lucia Katts for snack (frozen bread dough twisted in into a figure 8 with chocolate chip for eyes and baked in our school kitchen) and the girls made crowns with candles on them while the boys made star boy hats.
