Arboretum

Here are the highlights from our Arboretum field trip today! We were blessed with the most perfect day! Yeah!

 We started with a puppet show!

 Then, we learned about habitats for birds and walked around outside looking for evidence of birds!

 It was then to the classroom to plant dill and flowers. 

 Next stop...to learn about aphids and to let ladybugs loose in the green house.

We went to the high school to practice our program for tonight. The kids were tired and hot but they kept plugging away. Here is a little taste of our show...

Preschool Visit

Earlier this week, the kindergarten students got to visit 1st grade. Today, we had some preschool students come to experience Kindergarten in preparation for next school year. We all have a fun time!

Program

Have we mentioned that Kindergarten is having their AMAZING program on Tuesday, May 24th at 7:15 at the HLWW High School Auditorium? We have been practicing like crazy and it's going to be an incredible experience for you!

 See...it will be a totally COOL program!

Not only will there be singing but there will be dancing, too!
