Picnic in the classroom!

What do you do when you're supposed to eat outside for a picnic lunch but it's raining? You eat in your classroom! We spread out our beach towels and used our Chromebooks for indoor recess before eating lunch on our towels. It was a super fun experience!

Visit from Mrs. Sideen and Penny!

As part of our last full week of school celebration - we had Mrs. Sideen and Penny stop by to read a couple of stories to us outside! It was so nice of her to take time to come to read to us! We loved it!

Kinderbuddies!

We met with our 4th grade kinderbuddies for the last time on Tuesday. We used chalk to brighten up the sidewalk by the bus pick up and we also ate popsicles! We are so fortunate that we were able to get together with them at least a few times this school year!

Reading Outside!

Today we changed things up and read outside on our beach towels! We had a lovely little breeze and enjoyed some sunshine while reading from our book boxes. It was a great time!

Kinderbuddies - April

Last week, we met with our 4th grade kinderbuddies for a spring activity! The kids got to make Robins (eating worms!) that are now hanging in our classroom. As always, it was a lot of fun!
