Winsted Library

Today we were blessed with beautiful weather to walk to the Winsted Library. They students got information about programs there, learned about what goes on at the library and even got a book to keep! Very fun!

Kindergarten Program

Our AMAZING Kindergarten Program will be on Tuesday, May 24th at the HLWW High School Auditorium. Your child should be there by 7:00 PM for our 7:15 performance. I wanted to show you a little preview of our program...the kids are doing so well on practicing it! Please remember to help your child with his/her lines at home - to speak slowly, loudly and with emotion! Thank you!

Isn't this the best photo? Wait until you see it on program night!

Field Day - Not!

Today was supposed to be our Field Day. Due to the weather (not very pleasant), it was postponed until May 27th. Part of Field Day was to have some bouncy houses for the kids to play on. These could not be rescheduled and since it was so cold, they were brought today and set up in the gym. The kids got to spend 25 minutes playing on them this afternoon. It was FUN and HOT!

Our class was playing on them with some second graders!

Grandparent's Day!

It finally arrived...we have been waiting all week for this day...After making a project together in our classroom, eating a cookie and drinking lemonade and reading, we all went to the gym for a short performance. It was a great day!

Singing the National Anthem...pretty impressive to hear all those voices!
