We have had a busy and wonderful first week of school! The students have been listening to me talk on and on and on about rules. I feel like the teacher from the Peanuts cartoons...whaw, whaw, whaw! But, we are getting our routine and rules down so it's really nice! Here is what our daily schedule looks like (subject to change).8:10 - First Bell
8:15 - School Starts
Table Explorations
8:30 - Pledge of Allegiance and singing of You're a Grand Ol' Flag
Morning Meeting
8:45 - Reading/Language Arts
9:50 - 10:40 - Music/PE. Our class is split it two so half of the class goes to Music first and the other half goes to PE first. They then switch half way through to the other subject
10:40 - Handwriting
10:55 - Lunch/Recess
11:50 - Bathroom Break
12:00 - Rest
12:25 - Calendar/Story
12:35 - 1:20 - Reading Block (has not started yet)
1:20 - Snack and Free Choice
1:50 - 2:30 - Math
2:30 - 2:50 - Health/Science/Social Studies/Art
2:50 - Clean Up
3:00 - Dismiss
