This week we read different versions of the Gingerbread Man (The Gingerbread Man, The Gingerbread Girl, The Gingerbread Baby) and compared and contrasted them. Today, we made giant gingerbread cookies for snack. We ran into a problem, however - it ran away from the kitchen while it was baking in the oven! We chased it to the gym, the office, the music room, the library, 4th grade, 1st grade and then we FINALLY found it in our classroom! We ate it for snack. It was delicious!
