Happy Chinese New Year!  On Monday, we learned about and celebrated Chinese New Year! We learned that it's the year of the Monkey. We about customs for the holiday, how to draw monkeys, make paper lanterns, ate fortune cookies and used chop sticks to eat popcorn. What a fun day!
